Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Delivery Manager with strong PLM domain expertise, specifically Siemens Teamcenter, to lead and grow a multiclient delivery portfolio. This role is ideal for a senior leader who thrives in customer-facing, large-scale delivery environments and can independently manage complex programs, teams, and stakeholders.

What Youll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery for a PLM portfolio centered on Teamcenter
• Manage a portfolio of 610 clients with revenue responsibility of USD 35M per quarter
• Lead and mentor large delivery teams (50+ members)
• Act as the primary customer interface, managing senior client stakeholders
• Drive delivery governance, account health, financials, and risk management
• Ensure high-quality execution across PLM implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and AMS
• Partner with internal sales and leadership for account growth and strategic initiatives

What Were Looking For

• 15+ years of overall experience, with strong exposure to delivery leadership roles
• Hands-on experience with PLM platforms, Teamcenter is mandatory
• Proven track record in PLM implementations, support, or large engineering programs
• Prior experience managing portfolio programs and large revenue accounts
• Strong customer management, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making skills
• Ability to operate independently at a senior leadership level

Location & Work Model

• It can be any location in India where we have DC, but Bangalore or Pune preferred
