Portfolio Management:

Manage and oversee the delivery of projects within the $10 million portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
Monitor and control portfolio performance, including budget, timelines, and quality metrics.
Drive continuous improvement and optimize delivery processes across the portfolio.

Client Delivery:

Ensure high-quality delivery of services and solutions to clients, meeting or exceeding agreed-upon SLAs and KPIs.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and long-term collaboration.

Stakeholder Management:

Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align delivery strategies with organizational goals.
Facilitate regular communication and reporting to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts effectively.

Operations Management:

Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth execution of delivery activities.
Implement and monitor operational processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Leadership & Team Management:

Lead and mentor delivery teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring professional growth and development.
Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to meet delivery demands.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience managing portfolios of similar size
Strong expertise in client delivery, stakeholder management, and operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive results in a dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Familiarity with the financial services sector is a plus
Flexibility to work from the client's office two to three days a week.
