Learn more about Engineering, AI and Data Your work profile We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our Azure DevOps and Cloud Engineering initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise in cloud services, CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code, and cloud-native application delivery. You will be responsible for driving DevOps maturity across teams, architecting scalable solutions, and ensuring operational excellence in deployment and monitoring. Must Have Skills/Project Experience: Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Services (Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts), GitHub Actions. Architect and manage Azure infrastructure using Landing Zones and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, ARM/Bicep, Ansible. Oversee deployment of microservices in Kubernetes environments, including orchestration and Helm chart management. Drive adoption of Azure-native services such as Azure Functions, App Service, AKS, Storage, SQL Database. Implement observability frameworks using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights and similar tools to ensure system reliability and performance. Define and enforce branching strategies aligned with Agile release cycles and enterprise governance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of DevOps practices across development, QA, and operations. Mentor and guide DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Ensure compliance with Azure security best practices and governance standards. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and drive their adoption where relevant. Key skills required Education: Any bachelors or masters degree 814 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related leadership roles. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps tools and cloud services. Strong expertise in CI/CD tools, Git, and scripting (Bash, PowerShell, YAML/JSON). Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, ARM/Bicep, Ansible. Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise delivery models. Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400), Azure Solutions Architect Expert Exposure to cloud security and compliance frameworks (e.g., CIS, NIST, ISO). Experience in managing large-scale cloud migration or transformation projects.
