Delivery Manager- Data Engineering, Analytics, and AI-driven solution

Our client is looking for a highly delivery-oriented professional with strong expertise in Data Engineering, Analytics, and AI-driven solution delivery. The ideal candidate should possess deep experience in the BFSI domain, particularly in lending operations and analytics, along with strong leadership capabilities to manage enterprise-scale delivery engagements.

This role requires complete ownership of delivery programs, stakeholder management, operational excellence, and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Data Engineering & Delivery Management

• Lead and manage end-to-end Data Engineering and Analytics delivery programs
• Design and implement scalable data pipelines, data lakes, and modern analytics architectures
• Drive enterprise-scale data transformation initiatives across cloud and analytics ecosystems
• Ensure high-quality project execution, governance, and timely delivery

AI & Advanced Analytics Initiatives

• Conceptualize and support AI/ML-driven business solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and implementation opportunities
• Align data and analytics strategies with business objectives and operational goals

BFSI Domain Engagement

• Work closely with BFSI stakeholders, especially within lending operations and analytics
• Understand lending systems, processes, and business challenges to drive effective technology solutions
• Support decision-making through scalable analytics and data-driven insights

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Manage cross-functional teams including on-roll and off-roll resources
• Drive operational excellence and support 24x7 engagement requirements
• Handle delivery ownership, escalations, stakeholder communication, and solution outcomes
• Mentor engineering teams and establish strong delivery and governance practices

Required Skills & Experience

• 1012 years of experience in Data Engineering and Analytics delivery
• Strong hands-on experience with modern data platforms and cloud ecosystems
• Good understanding of AI/ML concepts and practical enterprise use cases
• Strong BFSI domain expertise with exposure to lending processes and systems
• Proven experience managing large delivery and engineering teams
• Excellent stakeholder communication and client management skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, ownership-driven environments
