Skill: Delivery ManagerExp: 19-24 yearsLocation: NoidaHave managed large (100+ FTE) Application maintenance and support outsourcing teams with diverse technologies, including data support.Have managed mid (20-40 FTE or 40 FTE or 8-15mil per year) Projects/Programs and demonstrates good program management skills.Have led a portfolio of multiple small to mid-size engagements managing different customers and respective delivery teams.Deep understanding in ITIL processes and familiarity in six sigma quality standards.Proficient in various SLA/KPI models prevalent in the IT servicesAbility to independently run overall account governance meetings with clients. Drive creation of related reporting and governance decks.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent people skills and the ability to manage large (100+) teams.Overall atleast 15+ years of IT service/project experience, of which atleast 5 years in managing large AMS teams.Understand and worked in various AMS contracting models such as TM, FP, FM, FCetc.Had earlier written or managed varied types of SOW and can manage respective contracting conversations with client delivery leaders and their vendor management teams.Had managed and successfully delivered a few small to medium size projects in fixed price or outcome based contracting modelHave collaborated with sourcing and talent acquisition teams to rapidly scale up teams as per client needs. This includes taking final interviews and making hiring decisions.Insurance domain knowledge (property and casualty must), including working with insurance clients for 5+ years.Have the experience of participating in pre-sales/solutioning activities, related client presentations, workshops/discussions.
