Strong experience in Global Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Operations

Expertise in sourcing, screening, onboarding, requisition & pipeline management

Experience managing large-scale hiring delivery across geographies

Hands-on experience with Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo, ATS platforms

Strong client relationship & stakeholder management skills

Experience in SLA/KPI governance, escalations, and delivery management

Ability to drive hiring transformation, automation & continuous improvement initiatives

Expertise in workforce planning, productivity, utilization & profitability management

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Experience working in a global matrix organization with India hub delivery model

Flexibility to work across time zones and travel when required

Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition operations delivery

Manage governance reviews, KPIs, SLAs, and escalations
