We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end recruitment delivery for key client accounts within the IT Staffing business

Key Responsibilitie

• s:Lead and manage recruitment delivery for IT staffing and staff augmentation engagement
• s.Own client relationships and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions while meeting agreed SLAs and TA
• T.Manage and mentor a team of recruiters/delivery executives to achieve hiring target
• s.Collaborate with sales, account managers, and clients to understand hiring priorities and workforce plan
• s.Drive delivery metrics including closures, quality, utilization, offer-to-join ratio, and client satisfactio
