Responsibilities: -

Own endtoend delivery and ensure alignment with scope, timelines, budget, and quality.
Drive program governance, risk management, and delivery standardization.
Lead modernization initiatives including cloud migration, containerization, and platform engineering.
Mentor and develop teams, build a collaborative and highperformance culture.
Manage CXOlevel stakeholder communication, roadmaps, risks, and value realization.
Oversee resource planning, cost optimization, and delivery KPIs.
Lead transformation initiatives and support organizational change adoption.

Required:

Strong delivery and program management experience across scope, cost, quality, and timelines.
Good understanding of modern architectures (AI, microservices, cloudnative, APIfirst).
Proven leadership of multilocation engineering and delivery teams.
Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and conflict resolution.
Business understanding of P&L, margins, forecasts, SLAs, and ROIbased prioritization.
Experience in digital transformation, cloud migration, and modernization programs.
