Role Description The Delivery Head is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area, responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery across client engagements. This role involves planning and managing multiple programs and projects, ensuring milestones, quality standards, and service-level agreements are consistently met. The Delivery Head will lead and mentor cross-functional teams, coordinate resource allocation, and remove delivery bottlenecks to maintain smooth operations. They will collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements, provide delivery-focused consulting, and drive continuous improvement in processes and outcomes. The role also includes monitoring performance metrics, managing risk, and communicating progress and issues to senior leadership in a clear and timely manner.

Qualifications

• Strong Program Management and Project Management skills to oversee complex, multi-stream delivery initiatives.
• Demonstrated People Management and Team Management experience in leading, coaching, and scaling high-performing teams.
• Consulting capabilities to understand client needs, propose delivery solutions, and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
• Proven experience in a delivery leadership role within technology, consulting, or services organizations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work on-site in the Kolkata metropolitan area and manage cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a focus on results and quality.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) are an advantage.
