Role Overview:

We are seeking a Delivery leader to drive the end-to-end delivery of large scale business

intelligence solutions for our clients. This role combines client engagement, delivery

management, and hands-on leadership to ensure timely, high-impact dashboard solutions

across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery of BI dashboards from requirement gathering to deployment for

multiple clients

Engage with business stakeholders to translate KPIs and data needs into actionable

dashboard solutions

Manage and mentor a team of BI developers and analysts

Ensure high-quality visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik

Coordinate with data engineering, data science teams for seamless data integration

Drive agile delivery practices and manage client expectations

Mandated Skills:

Bachelors Degree (BE / BTech - CS) from Tier I / II universities like IITs / NITs and

MBA from Top Tier B-schools is preferred

15 + years in BI/analytics delivery, with 3+ years in a people management role

Hands-on expertise in Power BI / Tableau / Qlik

Strong client communication, stakeholder management, and delivery skills

Experience in a consulting environment delivering to external clients

Knowledge of SQL, DAX, data modeling, and performance optimization

Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus
