Tele-Collection agent. (Counsellor) (voice calling only, no field collection)

Location: Bengaluru, in-office

Compensation: 50,000/month fixed + 13,000/month food in office(lunch & dinner)

Experience: 13 years in tele-collections at fintechs or NBFCs

Languages: Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu preferred

Start date: Immediate joiners preferred

Mandatory requirements for every candidate:

Last 3 months' salary slips from current/previous employer

2 professional reference contacts (preferably reporting manager or team lead)

Top 5% performer in past team (Proof needed)
