Relevant Experience- 5 to 10years

Job Description
Strong handson experience with Databricks services on AWS and Azure cloud platform
Handle L2/L3 incidents and service requests related to Azure Databricks, Spark jobs, and data pipelines
Strong handson experience with Databricks and Apache Spark, PySpark development.
Proficiency in SQL and Python.
Able to do development/enhancement along with Backlog support
Experience in integration of gold layer to data marketplace will be needed
Experience supporting data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows.
Experience in incident management and service request fulfillment in a BAU environment.
Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management).
Familiarity with RCA methodologies and operational troubleshooting.
Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira preferred).
Prior experience in enterprise cloud BAU/support projects (must)
AWS Certification, Databricks certification or Azure Data Engineer certification. (Preferred).
Experience working in Agile or Scrumbased delivery models.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in production data environments.
Ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities effectively.
Good communication skills for stakeholder coordination and reporting.
Processoriented mindset with attention to documentation and governance.
