Spectral Consultants is Hiring: Databricks Platform Engineer for a leading Management Consulting firm Bangalore | Experience: 26 Years

We are looking for a Databricks Platform Engineer to help build, secure, and scale enterprise data and AI platforms on Azure. In this role, you'll be responsible for platform automation, governance, security, CI/CD enablement, and operational excellence across Databricks environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage Databricks infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

Implement Unity Catalog governance, RBAC, cluster policies, and security controls

Develop deployment automation using Databricks Asset Bundles and Azure DevOps

Manage monitoring, audit logging, compliance controls, and platform operations

Support MLOps, AI/ML initiatives, and enterprise platform enablement

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, Terraform, Unity Catalog, and Azure

Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Python, and platform automation

Good understanding of Entra ID, Key Vault, RBAC, networking, and security best practices

Experience working with large-scale data platforms and governance frameworks

Preferred:

MLOps / GenAI Ops exposure

Databricks Platform Administrator Certification

Experience in Pharma, Life Sciences is a plus
