Role Overview

As a Databricks Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and developing scalable data solutions using modern data engineering practices and cloud-based technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build high-performance data pipelines and enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines using Databricks
• Develop data processing solutions using PySpark / Python
• Build and manage data architectures following Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers)
• Implement and manage data governance using Unity Catalog
• Integrate and manage data workflows with Azure Synapse Analytics
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for data engineering workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient data solutions
• Ensure data quality, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks
• Proficiency in PySpark or Python
• Experience with Unity Catalog
• Strong understanding of Medallion Architecture
• Exposure to Azure Synapse Analytics
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
