Database Management Expert

We are seeking Database Management Experts to help train and improve next-generation AI models. In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated database solutions, review database designs and queries, identify performance bottlenecks and data integrity issues, and provide expert feedback to enhance the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of AI-generated database management outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated database schemas, SQL queries, and database management solutions.
• Assess database design, normalization, scalability, and maintainability.
• Identify performance bottlenecks, inefficient queries, and indexing issues.
• Validate data integrity, consistency, and security practices.
• Provide detailed feedback on database architecture, optimization techniques, and best practices.
• Review data migration strategies, backup procedures, and disaster recovery approaches.
• Evaluate stored procedures, triggers, views, and database automation workflows.
• Contribute to improving AI capabilities in database administration and data management.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of database management systems and data modeling concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL and database query optimization.
• Knowledge of relational database design, normalization, and indexing.
• Understanding of data integrity, constraints, and transaction management.
• Experience working with large datasets and database performance tuning.
• Ability to review, debug, and improve existing database structures and queries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or MariaDB.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, or Redis.
• Knowledge of database security, access control, and compliance best practices.
• Experience with ETL processes, data warehousing, and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with backup, recovery, replication, and high-availability solutions.
• Experience using database monitoring and performance analysis tools.
• Understanding of cloud database services and distributed database architectures.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and database automation.
