Position : Database Administrator
Location : Navi Mumbai (Belapur) Onsite
Notice period : Immediate joiner
Experience : 2+ years
Skills :
Server & Database Management (SQL Required)
Hands-on experience in server maintenance, backups, patching, and database management using SQL.
Kiosk Hardware & Software Support
Ability to troubleshoot kiosk devices (printers, touchscreens) along with related application/software issues.
Networking & Remote Monitoring (RMMS Tools)
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, remote access (RDP/SSH), and experience in monitoring tools like RMMS.
Operating Systems & Scripting Skills
Proficiency in Windows/Linux server environments with basic scripting knowledge (Bash/PowerShell/Python) for automation.
Real-time Monitoring & Issue Resolution
- Experience in system monitoring, handling downtime/zero hit cases, and providing quick technical resolution/support.
