Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Data Warehouse | ETL / Data Integration | Data Governance & Security professional with 9+ years of experience. The position is based in Hyderabad, with the flexibility to work remotely for a portion of the time. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and managing data warehouses, implementing ETL workflows, ensuring data governance and security, and maintaining data quality standards. The role involves supporting data integration processes, performing data modeling, and leveraging analytical skills for complex problem-solving.

Qualifications:

JD forDatawarehouserequirement : Candidate should have experience 6+ years of experience in at least one migration andDatawarehouseprojects and detailed JD is as below

DataWarehouseDesign & Development:

Design and implementdatawarehousearchitecture, including fact and dimension tables, star/snowflake schemas, anddatamarts.

Develop and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integratedatafrom multiple sources (e.g., ERP, CRM, transactional systems).

Create and maintaindatamodels, metadata, and documentation for alldatawarehousecomponents.

ETL /DataIntegration:

Develop automateddatapipelines using tools such as Informatica,DataStage, SSIS, Pentaho, or Apache Airflow.

Ensuredataquality, cleansing, and validation across alldatasources while handlingDatamigration from Sources to NewDatamodels

Implement incrementaldataloading, scheduling, and error handling mechanisms.

Database Management:

Work with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or Snowflakedatabases for storing and managing largedatasets.

Optimize SQL queries for performance tuning and efficientdataretrieval.

Implement partitioning, indexing, and archival strategies for high performance and scalability.

Business Intelligence & Reporting:

Support BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik for reporting and dashboard creation.

Collaborate with business users to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical specifications.

DataGovernance & Security

Ensure compliance withdatasecurity, privacy policies, and governance standards.

Manage user access,dataencryption, and auditing.

Work closely with DBA, Application Development, and Analytics teams.
