Little Red Zombies is looking for a Data Visualization Artist who can turn open ended information into clear, insight driven dashboards that help the studio make better decisions.

What You Will Do

• Build clear, intuitive dashboards that help teams make informed decisions.
• Identify what data matters, define metrics, and ensure logical consistency across all views.
• Gather and organize data from multiple departments into structured, usable formats.
• Highlight trends, issues, and opportunities using visual indicators and interactive drill downs.
• Work within Google Sheets to design dashboards that scale smoothly.
• Translate raw information into actionable insights for leadership and production teams.

What We Are Looking For:

• Mandatory experience in building dashboards in Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to bring clarity to ambiguous information.
• Good understanding of metric design, formulas, and data structure.
• Clean, visual sense of layout and an ability to communicate insights clearly.
• Ability to work independently, gather information proactively, and explain the reasoning behind each metric.
• Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to refine work using AI and industry standards.

Nice To Have

• Experience with Excel, Looker Studio, Power BI or similar tools.
• Understanding of production or creative pipelines in gaming or related fields.
