Roles and Responsibilities

Define and drive data testing strategy for assigned projects within the DATATESTING skill cluster

Lead end-to-end data validation activities, including test planning, execution, and defect management

Collaborate closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to align on data quality objectives

Identify data anomalies, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions to maintain data integrity

Establish and maintain standards for test documentation, reporting, and metrics

Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members on data testing best practices
