Job Summary:

The Data Steward will be responsible to execute predefined data stewardship tasks for data sources within Reltio master data management platform.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain master data entities (customers, products, etc.) within Reltio MDM.

Work with business stakeholders to define and enforce data governance policies and standards.

Handle match & merge, survivorship rules, and hierarchy management in Reltio.

Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.

Support data onboarding and integration processes into the MDM system.

Use SQL and Python for data validation, analysis and automation of repetitive data quality tasks.

Maintain documentation related to data definitions, rules, and processes.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

35 years of experience in Data Stewardship / Data Governance / MDM roles.

Hands-on experience with Reltio MDM platform.

Strong understanding of Master Data Management concepts (match & merge, survivorship rules, golden record).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experienced in usage of Service now platform.

Strong teamwork, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills.

Good-to-have:

Experience in Life Sciences

Exposure to data integration tools or ETL processes.

Understanding of APIs and data ingestion processes in Reltio.
