This is a full-time hybrid role for a Data Specialist, based in Lucknow with some flexibility for remote work. The Data Specialist will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to identify trends, support decision-making, and optimize business processes. Daily tasks will include data analytics, data management, data modeling, and generating actionable insights. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations and maintain data integrity will also be key aspects of this role.

• Strong skills in Data Analytics and Data Analysis to extract meaningful insights from datasets
• Experience in Data Management and ensuring the quality, security, and accuracy of data
• Proficiency in Data Modeling to design and maintain database structures
• Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate data and offer actionable recommendations
• Proficient in relevant data analysis tools and software
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities
• Experience in the metal or manufacturing industry is a plus
