Role Summary:

Drive client success, delivery excellence, and strategic growth for email operations, spam/abuse mitigation, and Trust & Safety programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary client interface, managing governance, reporting, and strategic alignment

Oversee end-to-end delivery of email operations, ensuring SLA, quality, and compliance adherence

Analyze trends, risks, and performance metrics using Splunk-driven insights to guide decision-making

Manage multi-vendor ecosystems and ensure alignment across global stakeholders

Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement industry best practices

Ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy, and email security standards

Support business growth through solutioning, upsell opportunities, and thought leadership

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in email operations / Trust & Safety / SOC / security operations

Deep expertise in SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and email ecosystems

Strong hands-on experience with Splunk

Proven experience managing global clients and 24x7 operations

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills

Data Security Manager
