JOB DESCRIPTION -DATA SCIENTIST

Role: Data Scientist-Pharma Commericals

Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Work Mode: Bangalore

Required Skills & Qualification:

An ideal candidate will have experience, as we are building an AI-powered workforce

intelligence platform that helps businesses optimize talent strategies, enhance decision-making,

and drive operational efficiency.

Our software leverages cutting-edge AI, NLP, and

data science to extract meaningful insights from vast amounts of structured and

unstructured workforce data. As part of our new AI team, you will have the opportunity to

work on real-world AI applications, contribute to innovative NLP solutions, and gain

experience in building AI-driven products from the ground up.

Required Skills & Qualification

Strong experience in Python programming

5-10 years of experience in Data Science/NLP

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to learn, experiment, and take ownership in a fast-paced startup

environment.

Experience in leveraging ML approaches to predict patient and HCP events, segmentation, targeting etc.

Experience typical US Pharma datasets like IQVIA, Symphony, Komodo etc.

Strong understanding of causal inference

Feature engineering with longitudinal healthcare data

Experience building ML pipelines

Some experience developing Gen AI and Agentic AI POCs and MVPs

Must have significant AI/ML experience including deep learning approaches

Ability to come up with ML solutions addressing complex business problems

Productized ML solutions through ML/Ops

Experience engineering production grade Gen AI and Agentic solutions

• In-depth understanding of various Gen AI and Agentic AI models and frameworks
• Experience in designing and engineering production grade Gen AI and Agentic solutions
• Experience with evaluation frameworks (human eval loops, LLM-as-judge, hallucination detection, toxicity testing)
• Experience with measuring and benchmarking AI solutions performance and accuracy
