About the Role

Position Details:

• Role: L4 Lead Engineer
• Experience: 8+ Years
• Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE)
• CTC: Up to 40 LPA
• Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable data and AI-driven solutions
• Build and optimize data pipelines and workflows on GCP
• Develop and integrate LLM/Gen AI-based applications
• Design automation workflows using n8n for business and data processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Mentor junior engineers and drive engineering best practices

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Python and SQL
• Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery
• Good exposure to GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI
• Solid knowledge of n8n workflow automation (workflow design, API integrations, triggers, and orchestration)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Exposure to cloud-native deployments and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

Pay range and compensation package

CTC: Up to 40 LPA
