Job Overview

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience in data modelling, data engineering, and data analysis tools such as BI tools, Power BI, SQL, Python (pandas, numpy)
Hands-on experience in applying known AI models to business challenges
Working knowledge of developing reports and dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and execute multiple objectives.
Proficient in analyzing and synthesizing data; can effectively apply patterns and frameworks while drawing and defending conclusions
Ability to work independently, while also being intrinsically motivated to collaborate across teams and support the workflow of others
Knowledge and experience in the banking industry and banking systems.

Required Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Business Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Econometrics, Engineering, or Sciences.
Minimum of 5+ years working in a Data analytics or Data Science role with hands-on experience in wrangling large data sets, conducting data analysis, and developing insights from data.
Experience working independently with business partners and diverse corporate functions.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Partner with senior Marketing, Retail Sales, and Business stakeholders to define current and future Omni-channel and sales enablement needs.
Lead the design, implementation, and integration of Lead Generation, Analytics Reporting, and Personalization across channels.
Apply technical expertise with quantitative analysis, experimentation, data mining, and the presentation of data to develop strategies for our products that serve Bank Consumer and Small Business Customers
Identify and measure the success of different efforts through goal setting, forecasting, and monitoring of key performance metrics to understand trends
Define, understand, and test opportunities and levers to improve the offering, and drive roadmaps through insights and recommendations
Interpret business needs and requirements and independently perform analysis and/or build reports and dashboards to meet requirements.
Drive a strong data-driven culture within the company by mentoring data analysts and increasing data capabilities in other internal functions
Own end-to-end solution development and delivery, including Analytics Reporting, Lead Generation, and Backlog management.

Preferred Experience:

Master's degree in a quantitative discipline.
Financial Services experience and knowledge of Retail/Commercial Banking industry, products, and data highly desired.
