About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist to drive data-driven decision-making and build scalable ML models. This role requires strong problem-solving ability, deep analytical thinking, and hands-on experience in deploying machine learning solutions in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, optimize, and deploy machine learning models for real-world business problems
• Work on large-scale structured and unstructured datasets to extract actionable insights
• Design and implement end-to-end data science pipelines
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into data solutions
• Perform statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling
• Continuously improve model performance and scalability
• Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders with data storytelling

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 36 years of hands-on experience in Data Science / Machine Learning
• Strong programming skills in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.)
• Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and linear algebra
• Experience with ML algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, NLP, etc.)
• Exposure to deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow / PyTorch) is a plus
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

Good to Have

• Experience in LLMs / Generative AI / NLP
• Exposure to MLOps and model deployment
• Experience working in product-based or high-growth startups
