Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Data Scientist to join our growing Data & AI team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Machine Learning, Data Science, Azure Databricks, Azure ML, and MLflow, with a proven ability to build scalable AI/ML solutions that drive business value. Experience in Data Governance and Data Intelligence initiatives will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and AI models for business use cases.
• Work on Data Intelligence initiatives including predictive analytics, data mining, and insights generation.
• Implement and support Master Data Governance frameworks and data quality initiatives.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines and ML workflows using Azure Databricks.
• Build, train, evaluate, and deploy ML models using Azure Machine Learning (Azure ML).
• Manage experiment tracking, model versioning, and lifecycle management using MLflow.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning.
• Monitor model performance and ensure scalability, reliability, and accuracy in production environments.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate actionable insights.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI.
• Strong expertise in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks for data engineering and analytics workflows.
• Experience with Azure Machine Learning (Azure ML).
• Strong knowledge of MLflow for experiment tracking and model lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and related data science libraries.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and scalable ML architectures.
• Understanding of Master Data Governance processes and data quality frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-powered applications.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for machine learning deployments.
• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Nice to Have

• Microsoft Azure Certifications related to Data Engineering or AI/ML.
• Professional Data Scientist Certifications.
• Experience with enterprise data governance, compliance, and security standards.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
