Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Data Scientist role. The Data Scientist will collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple internal and external sources to generate actionable insights. Responsibilities include building statistical and machine learning models, performing exploratory data analysis, and developing dashboards and visual reports to support decision-making. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define analytical requirements, design experiments, and measure the impact of process improvements. The Data Scientist will also document methodologies, present findings to stakeholders in clear language, and contribute to the development of data-driven strategies for the business.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Data Science and Statistics, with the ability to design experiments, build predictive models, and interpret results.
• Proficiency in Data Analytics and Data Analysis, including data cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory analysis.
• Experience with Data Visualization tools and techniques to create clear, insightful dashboards and reports.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages commonly used in data science (such as Python or R) and querying languages (such as SQL).
• Familiarity with machine learning libraries and frameworks (for example, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or similar) is beneficial.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
