Data Scientist | 1-3 Years | Onsite – Mumbai

Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands on Data Scientist with 13 years of experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI and Agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate should have strong problem solving abilities, practical implementation experience and the ability to build intelligent AI driven solutions that can automate reasoning, decision making and workflows.

This role requires a blend of classical ML expertise, Agentic AI application development, experimentation mindset and engineering rigor to build scalable AI systems for real world business use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy machine learning and AI models for real world business use cases
• Develop GenAI and Agentic AI solutions using LLMs, RAG pipelines and AI orchestration frameworks
• Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation and optimization
• Develop APIs and scalable AI workflows for production environments
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, autonomous agents and LLM ecosystems

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Hands on experience with LLMs, prompt optimization, embeddings and vector databases
• Experience of implementing multi-agent orchestration using LangChain, LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework etc.
• Knowledge of FastAPI, REST APIs, SQL and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills

Non-negotiable requirements: Must be based out of Mumbai or willingness to travel to Mumbai and work onsite for 5 days/week for the duration of the project

Compensation: Based on experience and current CTC
