Role Overview

As a Data Science Manager, you will lead and deliver high-impact AI/ML engagements across domains, driving the design, development, and deployment of scalable analytical solutions. You will work closely with clients and business stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into data-driven strategies, while mentoring teams and ensuring successful delivery of end-to-end machine learning projects.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Experience: 5 to 10 years
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python (mandatory)
• Experience in leading end-to-end ML engagements and managing client-facing projects
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring
• Team management and stakeholder handling experience
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Financial Services industry is a plus
