Job Title - Data Science / AI-ML Engineer

Location - Chennai (Hybrid)

Experience - Freshers (2025/2026 Pass-outs)

Education - B.Tech / M.Tech from IITs (Computer Science, Information Security, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines)

Role Overview:

We are seeking talented IIT graduates with a strong foundation in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Science. The candidate will work on developing intelligent solutions, building predictive models, and leveraging data to solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, train, and evaluate Machine Learning models.
• Perform data collection, cleansing, transformation, and analysis.
• Build predictive and statistical models to solve business problems.
• Work on AI, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI use cases.
• Analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy ML models into production.
• Research and implement emerging AI technologies and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, Probability, Statistics, and Linear Algebra.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms and model evaluation techniques.
• Understanding of Data Analysis and Visualization concepts.
• Familiarity with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and Jupyter Notebook.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, or Computer Vision.
• Experience with AI/ML academic projects, research papers, or internships.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
