We're Hiring: Data Operations Professionals | Investment & Asset Management Domain

We are expanding our team and looking for talented Data Operations professionals to join a leading global financial services organization.

Key Requirements:

Experience in Data Operations / Enterprise Data Management within Investment Management, Asset Management, or Financial Services.

Strong understanding of financial markets, asset classes, and regulatory data requirements.

Expertise in data quality, governance, controls, exception management, root-cause analysis, and data integrity improvement.

Hands-on experience with data integration platforms, ESB environments, enterprise data flows, and onboarding new data sources.

Strong reporting, reconciliation, and analytics skills with exposure to Power BI or similar reporting tools.

Ability to investigate data discrepancies, validate outputs, and support business-critical data operations.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced global support environment with SLA-driven deliverables.

Excellent stakeholder communication skills and flexibility to support shift rotations and weekend coverage.
