About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Data Modeler to play a key role in designing and shaping enterprise data architecture.

In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert, leading complex data initiatives and ensuring that data models align with both business objectives and technology standards. You will work across multiple stakeholders to enable scalable, high-quality data solutions that support analytics, reporting, and business decision-making.

What Youll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models
• Lead complex data modelling initiatives across business and technology teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, finance, legal, and business units
• Ensure alignment between enterprise data architecture and business needs
• Balance technical standards with evolving business requirements
• Support and guide decision-making on data structures and architecture
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements
• Provide documentation and contribute to audit and compliance activities
• Manage expectations of senior stakeholders and resolve conflicting priorities
• Identify opportunities for optimisation and innovation in data architecture
• Mentor team members and provide technical leadership
• Collaborate with vendors and external partners when required
