About the Role

Were looking for a skilled Data Migration Specialist (4 years experience) to support large-scale digital transformation initiatives. Youll lead end-to-end data migrations, ensure data accuracy, and work with complex enterprise systems and large datasets.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end data migration planning, execution, and validation

Migrate and manage large datasets across platforms (Salesforce, Oracle, NetSuite, Snowflake)

Define data mappings, migration strategies, and testing approaches

Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity

Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Identify and resolve migration risks and issues

Document processes and best practices

Required Skills & Experience

35 years of hands-on data migration experience

Strong expertise in Snowflake and ETL processes

Advanced SQL skills; experience with XML & JSON

REST APIs and SOAP services experience

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Nice to Have

Salesforce sales process knowledge (quoting, opportunities)

Client-facing or cross-functional project experience
