Data Migration Engineer (MongoDB with AWS)

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Migration Engineer with 5+ years of experience to support enterprise-grade Oracle to MongoDB cloud migration initiatives.

What you'll work on:

End-to-end ETL pipeline design and implementation.

Large-scale Oracle to MongoDB cloud migration.

AWS Glue & AWS DMS (hands-on experience required).

PySpark and Python for data processing and transformation.

Data modeling from relational (Oracle) to NoSQL (MongoDB) structures.

Ensuring data quality, reconciliation, and performance optimization.

Strong knowledge of MongoDB schema design, indexing, and aggregation strategies is key, especially in event-driven / API-first architectures.
