We are looking for a strategic Data Migration Architect to spearhead the India tranche of our global migration. You will be responsible for developing robust migration strategies and ensuring the highest standards of data integrity across multiple large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement data migration plans for India projects using global templates

Lead and mentor a team of 810 migration specialists to ensure end-to-end data accuracy

Orchestrate ETL activities (Extraction, Transformation, Loading) in collaboration with IT and Business teams

Monitor migration lifecycles, troubleshooting and resolving complex data issues

Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and lead stakeholder training sessions

Required Skills:

Proven track record in planning and executing large-scale data migration projects

Strong leadership skills with experience managing mid-sized technical teams

Expert knowledge of ETL processes and data integrity frameworks

Hands-on experience gathering business requirements for complex data environments

Ability to provide clear progress reporting and issue resolution across multiple workstreams

Good to Have:

Exposure to Engineering side objects (PLM Teamcenter)

Experience working within global templates and standardized migration frameworks

Strong communication skills for training end-users and updating stakeholders
