We are seeking experienced professionals with 8 to 15 years of expertise in data management, cloud solutions, and leadership to join our team as Azure Data Manager & Senior Manager. The role involves overseeing enterprise-scale data platforms, driving digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring data governance and compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Strategy & Architecture

• Define and implement enterprise data strategies leveraging Microsoft Azure services.
• Design scalable data architectures including data lakes, warehouses, and pipelines.
• Ensure alignment of data solutions with business objectives.

Data Management & Operations

• Lead end-to-end data lifecycle management including ingestion, storage, processing, and visualization.
• Oversee ETL/ELT processes and optimize data pipelines for performance and cost efficiency.
• Implement robust data governance, quality, and security frameworks.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Manage and mentor data engineering and analytics teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making across departments.

Technology & Innovation

• Stay updated on emerging Azure technologies and industry trends.
• Evaluate and integrate advanced analytics, AI/ML, and automation tools.
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement in data practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8 to 15 years of experience in data management, cloud computing, and leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure services (Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Databricks, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB).
• Proven experience in designing and managing large-scale data platforms.
• Solid understanding of data governance, compliance (GDPR, HIPAA), and security best practices.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Azure Data Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect, or related fields.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
• Exposure to AI/ML integration within data platforms.
