Data Management Expert (DME)

We are looking for a skilled Data Management Expert (DME) to support data transformation initiatives across Customer Data, KYC, AML, and Financial Crime domains. If you have strong experience in data governance, ETL, and banking data, this is a great opportunity to grow with us.

Notice periods - Immediate Joiner (or ) 30days

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain ETL/Data Pipelines (IBM DataStage)

Work on Data Lake, MDM, and data integration

Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation

Implement data governance & quality frameworks

Support data modelling (star/snowflake schemas)

Work with KYC, AML, CDD, Transaction Monitoring datasets

Collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile environment

Must-Have Skills

Strong Data Management & Data Governance experience

Advanced SQL & Data Warehousing concepts

Hands-on IBM DataStage (Mandatory)

Experience with Collibra / IBM Governance Catalog

Strong Banking domain exposure (KYC/AML/CDD)

Knowledge of data quality, retention & compliance

Good to Have

Data Lake (Azure / Hadoop)

Python / scripting

Experience with ING, HSBC, ABN AMRO, Rabobank

Financial Crime / Risk Analytics exposure
