We at Verdantas, looking for Data Integration - Qualtrics Support to join our team.
This role will serve as the primary owner and support resource for the Qualtrics platform, ensuring reliable operation, user support, documentation, and data integrity. The role enables effective survey deployment, reporting, integrations, and compliance while assisting stakeholders in maximizing the platforms capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Documentation
- Utilize self-paced training available via XM Basecamp and Qualtrics XM Grow My Skills portal.
- Coordinate with your supervisor to discuss any additional training you may need.
- Help create and maintain internal documentation or guides for using Qualtrics.
- Stay updated on new Qualtrics features and communicate relevant updates to stakeholders.
Platform Support & Troubleshooting
- Respond to internal or external user inquiries about Qualtrics functionality.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to survey logic, distribution, data collection, or reporting.
- Escalate complex platform bugs or outages to Qualtrics Support or internal IT teams.
Testing Assistance
- Review and test surveys for functionality, accessibility, and data integrity before launching.
Data Management & Reporting
- Help users export and interpret survey data.
- Support dashboard creation using Qualtrics Reports or integrations with tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Ensure data privacy and compliance with organizational or legal standards.
Integration & Automation
- Set up and maintain integrations with other platforms (tbd).
- Configure workflows using Qualtrics Actions or API for automated responses or data routing.
- Troubleshoot integration failures or data sync issues.
AI Functionality
- Understand AI permissions: Enable/disable AI features for users or groups.
- Use AI-powered tools to analyze open-ended responses.
- Interpret AI outputs: understand how AI-generated insights are derived and how to validate them.
- Help move from experimental AI use to scalable, organization-wide adoption.
Skills:
- Hands-on experience with the Qualtrics platform
- Strong troubleshooting and user support skills
- Knowledge of survey testing, reporting, and data exports
- Understanding of data privacy and compliance standards
- Ability to create and maintain clear documentation
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
