Data Governance Manager

We are hiring an experienced Data Governance Lead for a large enterprise organization undergoing enterprise-wide Data & Analytics transformation initiatives.

About Role :

This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in establishing and operationalizing Data Governance frameworks, Data Quality processes, Metadata Management, and enterprise-wide governance standards across business and analytics ecosystems.

Key Skills Required :

Define and implement enterprise Data Governance operating models.

Establish Data Ownership and Data Stewardship frameworks.

Drive Data Quality initiatives, governance KPIs, and remediation processes.

Manage Metadata, Business Glossary, and End-to-End Data Lineage.

Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics, MDM, and Business teams.

Ensure compliance with enterprise data policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.

Drive governance adoption, stakeholder alignment, and governance maturity initiatives.

Responsibilities :

Strong experience in Data Governance and Data Management.

Hands-on exposure to Data Quality Management and Governance frameworks.

Expertise in Metadata Management, Data Lineage, and Business Glossary.

Good understanding of MDM concepts and enterprise data ecosystems.

Experience working with Azure-based data platforms and Snowflake.

Exposure to governance tools like Microsoft Purview, Collibra, Alation, or Informatica.

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
