Role Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of HDFC Bank's data governance programs across data governance, MDM, and data quality workstreams. Manage timelines, dependencies, vendor coordination, and stakeholder alignment for large-scale banking initiatives spanning cloud and on-prem environments.
Must-Have Skills
- 10+ years of program/project management experience in banking or BFSI
- Hands-on PM experience delivering Data Governance, MDM, and Data Quality projects
- Strong understanding of cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP) and data platform delivery
- Stakeholder management across business, technology, risk, and compliance teams
- Risk, issue, and dependency tracking; release & change management
- Tooling: Jira, MS Project, Confluence
- PMP / Prince2 / SAFe Agile certification preferred
Nice-to-Have
- Prior delivery experience with HDFC Bank or top-tier Indian private banks
- Familiarity with RBI data governance circulars and DPDPA
- Exposure to Collibra, Informatica Axon/EDC, Alation, or Atlan rollouts
- Vendor and SI management experience
