Data Entry Assistant

Data Entry Executive Inventory & Dispatch Operations Amadora Gourmet Ice Cream Pvt Ltd | Chennai Full-Time | On-site

We're looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to join our operations team at Amadora. This is a hands-on, process-driven role that keeps our inventory and dispatch records accurate and up to date across our network of stores.

What you'll be doing:

• Entering delivery challans into the system promptly and accurately after each dispatch
• Recording all purchase entries raw materials, packaging, and supplies into the inventory management system
• Reconciling physical challans and purchase invoices against system entries
• Flagging discrepancies to the accounts and operations team
• Maintaining organised physical and digital records of all entry documents
• Supporting month-end stock reconciliation as needed

What we're looking for:

• 12 years of experience in data entry, inventory, or accounts support (F&B or retail background a plus)
• High accuracy and attention to detail errors cost us real money
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel) and inventory/ERP software
• Ability to handle volume we run a busy, multi-city operation
• Reliable, punctual, and self-disciplined with daily task completion

Nice to have:

• Prior experience with Tally, Zoho Inventory, or similar systems
• Familiarity with GST-compliant purchase and challan formats
