Role Description

We are looking for a Data Engineering Trainer to deliver practical training on data engineering concepts, tools, and workflows.

This role involves guiding learners through real-time data pipelines, hands-on projects, and industry-relevant use cases. The ideal candidate should be able to explain concepts clearly and help learners apply them in practical scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver training on data engineering concepts and ETL/ELT processes

Conduct hands-on sessions using industry tools

Guide learners through real-time data workflows and projects

Explain data integration, transformation, and pipeline concepts

Mentor learners and support their skill development

Align training with current industry practices

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related field

Strong programming skills in Python or Scala

Hands-on experience with Big Data tools such as Hadoop and Spark

Understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines

Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Familiarity with data processing and integration techniques

Ability to explain technical concepts clearly

Preferred Skills

Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience

Exposure to real-world data engineering projects
