Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data
• Design and optimize data models, data lakes, and warehouses
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and availability across platforms
• Integrate data from multiple sources (HR systems, performance tools, etc.)
• Work closely with AI/ML and product teams to enable data-driven features
• Implement data governance, security, and compliance standards
• Monitor pipeline performance and troubleshoot issues

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in SQL, Python, and data pipeline frameworks
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Experience with data warehousing (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.)
• Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Kafka, etc.)
• Understanding of data modelling and architecture principles
