We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to design and build scalable data pipelines and architectures, particularly for supply chain data (inventory, shipping, procurement). The role involves developing data platforms, enabling predictive analytics, and ensuring high data quality and reliability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, data-driven solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Design and implement scalable data pipelines for supply chain data

Develop and maintain data warehouses and data lakes

Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across systems

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define analytics requirements

Build data models and support predictive analytics (demand forecasting, optimization)

Implement data visualization solutions using Tableau, Power BI, or QlikSense

Integrate data from multiple sources such as ERP, PLM, and other systems

Develop APIs for seamless data exchange

Work with cross-functional teams across supply chain, logistics, and IT

Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

68 years of experience in data engineering

Strong experience in Python, Java, SQL, and Spark SQL

Hands-on experience with Hadoop, PySpark, and NoSQL databases

Experience with data warehousing and data lake architectures

Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure (ADF, Databricks) and AWS

Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QlikSense

Exposure to machine learning concepts and algorithms

Knowledge of data governance and compliance

Experience working with supply chain or logistics data

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience in building scalable and high-performance data systems

Ability to work in Agile environments and fast-paced teams

Strong ownership and accountability

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to simplify complex technical concepts

Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Adaptability in dynamic work environments
