Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer with strong expertise in building scalable data pipelines, data ingestion frameworks, and working with large datasets. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Python, PySpark, and SQL, along with strong database knowledge (Oracle preferred).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes
• Build and optimize data ingestion frameworks for structured and unstructured data
• Work with large-scale distributed data processing using PySpark
• Write efficient SQL queries and manage data in relational databases like Oracle
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and cross-functional teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in production environments

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Python
• Expertise in PySpark / Spark-based data processing
• Solid experience in data ingestion and ETL pipelines
• Advanced SQL skills
• Experience with Oracle databases
• Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience

Good to Have

• Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (e.g., BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage)
