Position Overview

We are seeking Trainee Data Engineers who are eager to learn modern data engineering technologies and work on enterprise-scale data platforms. Selected candidates will undergo an intensive 3-month training program designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements.

Candidates who successfully complete the training program, monthly assessments, and certification requirements will be considered for full-time employment with revised compensation.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum CGPA: 8 or above throughout academics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Technical Skills Required

Mandatory

• SQL
• Python

Preferred Knowledge

• Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Databricks
• Apache Spark
• Big Data Technologies
• Data Warehousing Concepts
• ETL/ELT Fundamentals

Selection Process

• Technical Evaluation Round 1
• Technical Evaluation Round 2

Training Program (3 Months)

The structured training program will focus on:

• Data Engineering Fundamentals
• SQL and Python for Data Processing
• Cloud Computing Concepts
• Databricks and Spark
• Big Data Technologies
• Data Warehousing and ETL Processes
• Industry Best Practices and Project Exposure

Assessments & Certification

• Monthly assessments/examinations throughout the training period.
• Mandatory completion of Snowflake Certification during the training program.
• Certification cost & certification training will be sponsored by the company.

Asset Requirement

• Candidates must arrange their own laptop/system during the onboarding and training period.
• Upon successful completion of training and confirmation as a full-time employee, the company will provide official work assets.

Compensation:

During Training

• Stipend: 15,000 per month

Post Successful Training & Certification

• Full-Time Employment Opportunity
• Compensation: 4,00,000 per annum (CTC)

Candidates who successfully complete the training program, clear the required assessments, and obtain the Snowflake Certification will be onboarded as full-time employees with revised compensation as per company policy.
