The Data Consultant plays a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting data integration and analytics solutions across Salesforce, NetSuite, and other enterprise systems. This position focuses primarily (~80%) on SalesforceNetSuite integration and data migration projects, ensuring seamless data flow across front-office and back-office platforms. The remaining (~20%) effort is dedicated to BI and reporting implementations, enabling clients to gain actionable insights from their integrated data landscape.

Responsibilities Include:

Analyze, cleanse, and validate data from legacy systems before migration to Salesforce / NetSuite
Partner with the client for data extraction and cleansing
Design and build ETL workflows using tools like SSIS and/or Informatica using CDATA/Kingswaysoft utilities to assist with data migration
Conduct data mapping exercises , data migration plans on client projects
Collaborate with Salesforce/Netsuite admins, and business analysts to ensure alignment on data requirements and field mappings
Develop complex queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, views required for data migration in SQL
Support post-migration audits and ensure data integrity within Salesforce/NetSuite
Design and build dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI or NetSuite Analytics Warehouse
Demonstrate ability to learn and research advanced data technologies and concepts, learning new skills and software as necessary
This position requires no travel

Basic Qualifications:

Requires Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field
4+ years experience in data migration space, working on ETL tools like SSIS, Azure Data Factory.
Strong experience with data cleansing, deduplication, and validation processes
Proficient in SQL for data profiling and transformation
Hands on experience with at least one of the BI applications, Tableau, Power BI.
Experience with Data warehouse tool like Snowflake.
Exposure in data extraction, transformation, and data loading techniques
Experience creating and using Entity Relationship and Data Flow diagrams to communicate complex migration and transformations to clients
Must have experience working in projects with Agile Management process
Experience working with Salesforce CRM and NetSuite ERP system data loads is highly desirable
Passion for data accuracy and completeness
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Can work in a fast-paced, fast-growth environment and manage priorities across multiple concurrent activities
