Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Data Analytics BI Lead, Mumbai having 8+yrs of experience to drive enterprise analytics initiatives, build scalable BI solutions, and lead advanced analytics programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Databricks, Spark, SQL, dashboarding platforms, and cloud-based analytics ecosystems. This role requires a hands-on leader who can translate business needs into data-driven solutions while mentoring teams and delivering impactful insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable analytics frameworks using Databricks.
• Build analytics-ready data models for reporting, BI, and decision-making.
• Optimize large-scale analytics workloads using Apache Spark and SQL.
• Develop interactive dashboards for sales, portfolio analytics, operations, and executive reporting using Power BI / Tableau.
• Perform advanced analytics such as client segmentation, predictive analytics, and product performance insights.
• Manage the end-to-end Machine Learning lifecycle including experimentation, deployment, versioning, and monitoring.
• Deploy ML models for batch and near real-time inference use cases.
• Integrate model outputs into dashboards, reporting systems, and business workflows.
• Monitor model performance, drift, and accuracy using tools like Grafana and CloudWatch.
• Enable self-service analytics capabilities and establish KPI definitions, governance, and standards.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and data engineering teams to gather requirements.
• Provide hands-on leadership, mentorship, and ensure analytics best practices across the team.
• Work in Agile environments to deliver scalable analytics solutions rapidly.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics / BI / Data Engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Databricks and Spark-based analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts.
• Experience building dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Hands-on experience with ML lifecycle tools such as MLflow.
• Strong understanding of analytics architecture and BI solution development.
• Experience with AWS ecosystem and monitoring tools like Grafana / CloudWatch.
• Excellent analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
