As a Data Analyst at Vested, you will play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making across product, growth, operations, and business teams. You will work on data extraction, analysis, reporting, and dashboard development to provide actionable insights that help improve business performance and user experience.

This role offers strong exposure to fintech analytics in a fast-paced environment where data directly influences strategic decisions.

Location: Gift City, Gandhinagar

Experience: 2-4 years

• Write SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Perform exploratory analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across reports.

• Build and maintain dashboards using tools such as Metabase, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Support development of recurring reports tracking key business metrics.
• Improve clarity and usability of data visualizations for stakeholders.

• Work closely with product, marketing, operations, and business teams to address data requests.
• Translate business problems into structured analytical approaches.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and business investigations.

• Help streamline reporting workflows through automation and better data structures.
• Assist in documenting analytics processes and improving data accessibility.

• Bachelors degree (B.E., B.Tech, B.Sc., B.Com, or equivalent) in a quantitative or analytical field.
• 2-4 years of experience in data analytics or related roles.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, or similar.

Nice to have:

• Exposure to financial markets or personal investing.
• Experience with analytics tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Segment, etc.
• Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.

• Passion for the financial markets, demonstrated through ongoing professional development and personal investment activities.
• Strong communication skills - including the ability to listen to the needs of others and comprehend complex matters, articulate issues clearly and concisely, and present effectively in both oral and written presentations to all levels in the organisation
• Understanding of financial technology, including cross-border investment, is a strong plus
• Team-oriented, highly analytical individual and self-starter who excels at learning new processes and business functions
• Strong work ethic, including the ability to work independently, but also knows how to have fun while doing it!
